Payment

For your convenience the Clinic offers you several payment options:

Medical Insurance

WZW Medical Clinic is in cooperation with major private health insurance/assistance companies.

Make sure your insurance company and policy number is on file with our Administrative Office before service is rendered or as soon after as possible.

We will submit the claim form and any other additional information your insurance company requests of us. Before we can process your claim, however, we must have complete information from you. If agreed, the insurance company will send the payment directly to the Clinic.

If your insurance company does not pay for all your medical services or rejects the claim then the Clinic will bill you for those charges. Typically, those charges include deductibles, non-covered charges, and co-insurance.

Assurance médicale

WZW Clinique médicale est en coopération avec des sociétés d'assurance médicale. Avant de service est rendu ou dès que possible, assurez-vous que votre compagnie d'assurance et le numéro de police est enregistré auprès de notre bureau administratif.

Nous allons soumettre le formulaire de demande et toute autre information supplémentaire dont votre compagnie d'assurances demande de nous. Avant que nous puissions traiter votre demande, cependant, nous devons disposer d'informations complètes de votre part. En cas d'accord, la compagnie d'assurance envoyer le paiement directement à la Clinique.

Si votre compagnie d'assurance ne paie pas pour tous vos services médicaux ou rejette la demande, puis la Clinique vous facture pour ces frais. Généralement, ces frais comprennent les franchises, les frais non-couverts, et co-assurance.
